    Greg Bond has worked in real estate for over 30 years. His first experience in industrial real estate was developing a 60,000 square foot warehouse in Sanford, FL in 1994. Since then, Greg has been an active investor and broker that focuses on everything industrial. His passion is problem solving creative solutions in any real estate transaction to help his clients and investors. Further, he specializes in 1031 exchanges, value-add deals, and investment sales. At Orlando Industrial Real Estate, Greg focuses his time on strategic relationships that will allow the brokerage to continue to grow and push the boundaries.

    Having captained his collegiate tennis team for two years, Connor ventured into the logistics industry in Tennessee, specializing in flooring partnerships. Relocating to Florida in 2018, he joined Orlando Industrial Real Estate after six years at Jamison Commercial Partners. During his real estate career, Connor has facilitated over $300 million in transactions. At OIRE, Connor focuses his efforts on industrial assets ranging from 5,000 to 100,000 square feet, serving both landlords and tenants with tailored solutions for their needs with acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing requirements.

    Nick embarked on his real estate career after earning a Mathematics degree from the University of Florida, initially concentrating on the acquisition and disposition of vacant land nationwide. This initial phase allowed him to cultivate significant relationships within the industry, paving the way for his transition into industrial real estate. Subsequently, Nick became an integral part of the Orlando Industrial Real Estate team. Throughout his career, Nick has been involved in over 250 real estate transactions, specializing in 1031 exchanges, value-add properties, and investment sales.
